This first step is a personalized service designed to help you choose the perfect colors for your space—whether you’re refreshing a single room or redesigning your entire home. We consider your style, lighting, existing finishes, and the mood you want to create. Through a guided process, we develop a custom color palette that brings harmony, personality, and lasting beauty to your space—taking the guesswork and stress out of choosing paint colors.
Review of Interior Space
During the step two in the process, we walk through each living space with the client to assess lighting, existing finishes, architectural features, and how each room connects. We listen to the client’s goals and preferences while observing how the space functions and feels. This hands-on review helps us recommend a cohesive, personalized color palette that enhances the home’s flow, mood, and overall aesthetic.
Palette Development
After reviewing the client’s living spaces, we carefully develop a custom color palette tailored to their home’s natural light, architectural details, and personal style. We consider how colors interact from room to room, ensuring visual flow and balance. Each shade is selected with purpose—whether to create warmth, contrast, or calm—resulting in a cohesive palette that reflects the client’s vision and enhances the overall atmosphere of their home.
Presentation of Options
Once the custom palette is developed, we present the client with carefully curated color options tailored to their space and preferences. Each option is explained with visuals, color swatches, and placement suggestions to show how it will look and feel in the home. This collaborative step allows the client to explore different directions with confidence before finalizing their ideal palette.
Sampling
After narrowing down the color options, we guide the client through the sampling process to test how each shade looks in their actual space. Paint samples are applied to key walls and viewed at different times of day to observe how lighting and surroundings affect the color. This step ensures confidence in the final selections before full application begins.
Implementation Painting Service (Optional)
Once the final color palette is approved, we support the client in the implementation phase by coordinating with a trusted professional painter in our trusted network. We provide clear guidance on color placement, finishes, and application details to ensure the vision is executed accurately. Throughout the process, we remain available for any questions to ensure a smooth and successful transformation.
Consultation Options
In-Person Consultation
An in-home consultation means just that: your Color Consultant will come to your home. This means they can walk around the space and see any materials you’ve gathered in person. It’s a great choice for people who prefer to speak face-to-face.
Virtual Consultation
A virtual appointment is carried out over a video call, so your Color Consultant can still look at the light, architecture and features of your space but they won’t be there in person.
