
As a Graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, professional artist and illustrator, Garret DeChellis, known for his licensed and commission-based artwork featured in stores all around the world via select companies such as Jaftex, Henry Glass, Home Goods, Crystal Art Gallery, Blank Quilting Designs, TJ Max, Marshalls, RAZ Imports, Park Designs, Split-P, Coastline, JGR Copa International, Cape Shore Greeting Cards, Bealls, Stony Creek, Rio Grande Games, Fantasy Flight Games, and many more brings his professional knowledge, skill set, creativity, and passion in hopes of teaching other young artists the many possibilities and career opportunities the art world has to offer while encouraging their creativity and enhancing their abilities, portfolios, & skill sets.
Proficient in painting mediums such as oils, watercolor, and mixed media. In addition, he has experience in illustration, design principals, Photoshop, web design, web development, sublimation printing, woodworking, CNC routing, art licensing, murals, game art, book cover art, magazine cover art, still life art, figure painting, and art fundraisers, Garret has taught students of all ages and abilities.
DeChellis Art Studio is tailored for students of all ages, including homeschoolers and students with unique abilities. They will explore a variety of artistic techniques and materials while learning about color, composition, creativity, and critical thinking. Each session includes hands-on projects that encourage self-expression and build foundational art skills. Course offerings include full-time enrollment, part-time enrollment, or individual class enrollment, where students will attend classes weekly during the fall and spring semesters. During the winter and summer months, we offer themed art workshops for every age group.
